Order Processing Time
All of our items at Jah’s Creations are handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated 5–7 business days.
* Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days.
* International Shipping: We currently ship to [List Countries, e.g., Canada, UK, Australia]. Delivery times for international orders vary by location but typically range from 10–21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Jah’s Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses via [Carrier Name, e.g., USPS]. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Missing Items
